Doodle Grouper allows you to create dynamic lists of users from any Seesmic provider - so you aren't limited to just your Twitter Lists, but can now mix them in with your Facebook friends, Google Buzz contacts, Linked-in Colleagues, etc.

Don't worry if the user you want to add doesn't update often, you can add them to a list even when you can't find an update from them.
